Our Fractional CFO Process
The Fractional CFO process with Blueprint Accounting begins with weekly transaction recording. This allows us to update cash flow projections to catch any potential future issues, stay up to date on payments to vendors, and ensure you are being paid on time by your customers.
Throughout the month, we are keeping an eye on your financial health, and work with you proactively to reduce risk and avoid financial setbacks.

At the end of the month, after accounts are reconciled, we send a financial report package that includes a 1-page overview of your business. The 1-page overview shows key information about the financial health of your business and recommendations.
We will meet via video conference at minimum once per quarter to update your long-term goals, review any changes in your business, answer any questions you may have, review financial statements, and tax plan.
