How accessible are you for questions and support?Our goal is to always respond to emails or messages within 1 business day during the week, or the following business day after a holiday or weekend.

How often will we be in communication?After initial setup and onboarding: Bookkeeping clients - Once every 2-4 weeks depending on your business. Fractional CFO clients - Once every week check in email, video conference once per month or quarter. Payroll clients - In accordance with your payroll frequency (weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc.) If you need more meetings to touch base, or have any questions outside of our normal communication- Blueprint Accounting is just a phone call away!
